We determine your property's current market value by a process called Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). By using the information you provide, we will be able to research other comparable properties that have recently sold in or around the area your property is located.
By analyzing this data along with the data from the other comparable properties that are currently for sale, we will help you determine the best market price for your property.
Once we do this, we will be able to help you roughly estimate the amount of net gain that you will have to carry forward into a 1031 exchange replacement property.
And, if you are interested in selling your property without performing an exchange, we will be able to roughly estimate the amount of tax liablilty the sale of your property will cause.
